Please review our policies regarding order cancellations, customized materials, returns, and delivery timelines carefully.

Order Cancellation

We understand that agricultural project requirements can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at contact@sheltertechindia.com or calling +91 9779250555.
• Orders that have already been dispatched or processed for shipment (confirmed via SMS/email) cannot be canceled or modified.

Customized or Project-Specific Orders

Many STIPL Agritech and GreenPro products — such as greenhouse films cut to custom sizes, multi-layer sheets, or special shade net colors — are produced or imported specifically for your project. Once production or dispatch preparation has begun, these customized orders cannot be canceled due to their made-to-order nature.

Damaged Deliveries & Return Policy

Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or defective goods:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@sheltertechindia.com with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged items.
• After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund for the affected items.
• Products delivered in perfect condition are not eligible for return or exchange unless damage or defects are reported as per the above guidelines.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on product availability, order size, and destination. Shipping estimates will be provided during checkout or order confirmation.
• Bulk & Project Orders: For greenhouse or farm-scale installations, dispatch timelines may vary between 10–20 business days due to inspection, packing, and logistic arrangements.
• International Shipping: International deliveries may take 14–30 days, subject to customs clearance and logistics partner schedules. Buyers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.
• Tracking & Updates: Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing the tracking link and logistics details to monitor your shipment in real time.
